Product Information on our Website
We use our best efforts to provide you with an accurate view of our products on our website. However, in order to let you see the product, it is sometimes necessary to make the product appear larger or smaller than the actual size. In addition, the settings on your monitor can affect color, size and shape slightly.
While we make every effort to keep the website current, product is constantly being sold and therefore available inventory is constantly changing. If you need a product shipped within forty-eight hours, we recommend that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, which should be able to tell you whether or not the product can be shipped in that time frame, or that you provide us with a cell phone number or other information that allows us to quickly contact you in case the item is no longer in stock. If a piece of jewelry is listed as being out of stock and you call us, we can usually tell you the date that a similar piece is expected to be available and we can set up a “Special Order”for you.

All jewelry on our website is available for purchase (subject to prior sale) online or by phone or email. All purchases will be beautifully wrapped in a gift box. Purchases from our inventory may be exchanged within two (2) weeks of the date of purchase, either for another piece of jewelry or for store credit. We do not give refunds. Special and custom orders are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Payment for online purchases can be made by credit card via Stripe orPayPal (VISA, Master Card,or Discover)

Prices & Sales Tax
New York state sales tax will be added to the price of jewelry purchased in and shipped to a New York state address. Sales tax is not charged on items shipped out of state. Prices are subject to change without notice.
After we receive payment for your order, we will ship it on the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
As a protection against fraudulent charges, we only ship to the address on your credit card or to an address that is on file with your credit card company. We only ship to street addresses, not to P.O. boxes. Shipping is insured by UPS within the United States. All orders shipped require a signature upon delivery. Please provide a delivery address where you know someone will be available to sign for your package. UPS will send you a confirmation of shipping, with a tracking number.
For online orders, our default shipping method is UPS ground. We also offer the other shipping options listed below. When you get to the shopping cart you will be able to choose which option you prefer.
At present, we ship only to addresses in the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship to other locations.
Security & Insurance of Shipments
We insure each orderin shipment.Whileyour order is in transit to you, your shipment is always risk-free. We also require a signature on all orders, even if you have a signature waiver on file with thecarrier.Should a purchase ever be lost in transit, we can either create a special order for a similarduplicate item or exchange it for another item on the site of equal value–for no additionalcharges. The choice will be yours as to how you would like your purchase replaced, allowing forconstruction and additional shipping time.
The sky’s the limit on creativity! Pieces can be designed incorporating components from heirloom jewelry to meet the clients’ needs. Pieces can also be designed to match specific ensembles in color and composition. Please expect to complete a special order intake form to provide all creative parameters for your expectations.
Contract commissions of a special order nature may be ordered at any time by inquiring through our “contact” page or you may call us at 203-447-8722 and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
Special orders usually take 4–6 weeks to complete and require a NON-REFUNDABLE down payment of half the commission estimate to proceed. A concept proof will be emailed to the client prior to creation. The concept proof usually takes 7 business days to receive.
LTMcArtJewelry SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
If you would like to purchase a ring shown on our website, and you need a size other than the size indicated, please call or email us to see if it is possible to have the ring re-sized or ordered in a different size. LTMcArtJewelry prides itself at offering quality, handcrafted artisan products at reasonable prices. We do NOT engage in price negotiation and all prices are final. Products displayed on this website may not always available for immediate shipping. All prices are in United States dollars and payment must be made in United States dollars.
For your convenience, we offer these payment methods: Stripe or PayPal: Use your Visa, MasterCard,and Discover.
Our prices are subject to change without notice because we operate in a market where prices can rapidly change. We also are not perfect and do occasionally make errors in entering data on our website. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they occur.

To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly.
