Q. Can Iget more images of a desired piece prior to purchase?
A. Yes. Please email your request to Lauren at email@example.com with your desired piece, title and number from the website, and what additional images you would like to see.Please note how you would like to receive the additional photos (i.e. via text message or email.) We will take additional photos and send them via your desired method.
Q. What happens if a piece has already been sold?
A. Should simultaneous orders cause you to miss out on a desired piece, please contact Lauren at firstname.lastname@example.org and arrangements may be made to create a similar piece through the special commission order process, thereby securing your order.
Q. Is it possible to personally order by phone?
A. Yes. All jewelry on our website is available for purchase (subject to prior sale) online or by phone or email. Please email your request to Lauren at email@example.com with your desired piece, title and number from the site. Please be sure to leave a phone number and best time to call.
Payment for personal offline purchases can be made by credit card via Venmo or PayPal (VISA, Master Card, or Discover). Your order will ship once payment is received.
Q. Can I order a piece customized to my needs?
A. Yes. We take special commissioned orders and have an intake formand process for this. Please email your request to Lauren at firstname.lastname@example.org with your desired piece and time frame. Q. Is it possible to have a piece altered prior to shipping?
A. Yes with regard to size. We pride ourselves on our customer service and will make every effort to ensure that you are as happy as possible about your purchase of our jewelry.
If you need the length or size altered, depending upon the piece’s construction, we can tell you if it can be altered prior to shipping and even before you’re ordering. Please email your alteration request to Lauren at email@example.com with your desired piece, title and number from the site and what you would like done. Please be sure to leave a phone number and best time to call. If it is something as simple as shortening or lengthening the chain of a piece, you may write that in the comments box after purchasing and we will take care of that request prior to shipping.
If your request to alter the piece is a design issue, color, beads, specific chain used- that falls under a custom order status- please see the Special Orders section under Terms & Conditions. We can special commission order a similar piece more to your specifications in size, color and materials.
Q. Can I return a purchase for a refund?
A. Not at this time. We DO, however, take back pieces in exchange for another item. You may exchange any piece for another within the first two (2) weeks upon receipt. The piece must come back to us unworn, unaltered and undamaged in any way. Please see Exchanges in the Terms & Conditions section. Please note that special commissioned orders are final sales and cannot be exchanged.
Q. Can I buy more than one item and return what I don’t want?
A. No. At this time we cannot take returns. To keep our prices current, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several items with the intent of keeping the one you like best and returning the remainder. This causes undue restocking and inventory overhead and can be very costly.
Q. What happens if my purchase is lost in shipping?
A. We insure every shipment so should a purchase ever be lost in transit, we can either create a special commission order for a similar duplicate item or exchange it for another item on the site of equal value– for no additional charges. The choice will be yours as to how you would like your purchase replaced, allowing for construction and additional shipping time.
